Is based ona series of experiences in South Africa(City, Rural and Suburban) andreactions to said experience.

One of mymain themes is my interrogation of identity and birth right, placement, accountability and violence and the deconstruction and reconstruction thereof. Both as a whiteSouth African male and as a white South African artist.

Collision may be fatal: "will I die here or will I thrive here The ecology of fear is
near, Gazing through the Dragon's Eye (combines the triangle meaning threat and
the"Y" meaning a choice between good and evil.) African people arent always black
or are they? Nouveau riche Girls and boys arent always spoilt whores or are they?
"They be Kicking it back" as it were, in the current climate of zombie neo liberalism,
serenaded by the Blue(red) Light Brigade and lady fukkin gaga.

Povertystricken and politically disenchanted people arent always desperate and
violent orare they? Red/wht/blk. Form need not follow function. Constructs and discourse sell
art, not artist. Less is more and so always be thankful for what you have, always.
(Reflectingand deflecting contemporary South African socio-economics and identity
(Materialismand Behaviour). The truth and art may be of little consequence in the
end with agun to your head. Unseen moments, repressed memories. Blood is the
new black. The truth be told, I may be lying. Lies be told, it may be the truth.

I sometimes dream of riding with the four Horsemen of the Apocalypse.
